As a community of engineers as well as officers of the IEEE we have many improvements in mind to bring together the ECE students of Virginia Tech. Such goals can be expressed as follows:

1. To connect students with professors.

- By bringing in professors to talk about their research developments. This way we can create a sense of connection and strive to include students in research on the cutting edge of technology.

2. To create a job fair specifically focused towards ECE students. 

- IEEE would collaborate the ECE department and the resources they maintain in order to organize such an event. By doing so we can attract companies to attend that would be willing to give opportunities to students in a fair designed to address the needs of students looking for hire.
