The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Virginia Tech Chapter is one of the largest student chapters in the nation. Located in Blacksburg, VA, this organization dedicates itself to helping out students in any discipline as it pertains to the IEEE and its goal of educating students.

Every year you can look forward to events like Fun Friday, SoutheastCon, SPAC, and the Spring Picnic. We also hold meetings every two weeks, usually featuring a guest speaker.

The IEEE Hardware Team is a secondary organization within the IEEE that builds competitive robots that compete in SoutheastCon every year. To learn more about the Hardware Team, visit their section here.
