Due to weather, the ECE picnic has been rescheduled to Reading Day.  

The picnic will now be held on Thursday, May 7 from 11am to 3pm between Whitemore and Randolph.

IEEE will be hosting our annual picnic on May 2nd from 11am to 3pm, between Whittemore and Randolph.  The event is sponsored by the ECE Department at Virginia Tech.  All ECE students and faculty are invited to come and join us!

We will have free hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, as well as chips and soda.  We will also frisbee, wiffle ball, and volleyball.  Come in out for some free food and fun!

IEEE has elected new officers for the 2009-2010 year.  The new list of officers is on the Officers page.

There are still several positions that are open.  If you are interested in a vacant position, we will be holding another round of elections at the beginning of next year to fill them.

Congratulations to the IEEE-HKN Intramural Wallyball teams.  Both the men's and corec teams placed 2nd in the championship.  Keep up the good work!
